All members, guests, and visitors to Baseline are required to agree with the following code of conduct. We expect cooperation from everyone to help ensure a safe, enjoyable, and productive community and work environment for everybody. This extends to all physical and virtual spaces that are controlled and operated by Baseline.

As a community and workspace we are dedicated to providing a harassment-free environment. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), technology choices, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption to physical or virtual spaces and events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Anyone asked to stop any harassing behaviour is expected to comply immediately.

If someone engages in harassing behaviour, Baseline management will ask the offender to leave the physical and / or virtual space. We reserve the right to cancel membership and ban guests / visitors from future Baseline physical and virtual spaces and future events.

If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact one of the people listed below immediately.
