About Baseline

Baseline is an independent community and workspace for early-stage founders who are building breakout and break-through tech companies in Ireland. It's a space where founders can experiment, build velocity, and be plugged into a global network of like-minded founders. We believe that:

  • Startups are a series of increasingly complex experiments.
  • There are no blueprints or playbooks, only iterations.
  • Breakthroughs come from shared learnings.

Community

As a community of technical, creative, and commercial founders, we share the highs and lows of early stage startup building together. We have high expectations of ourselves, and each other. If someone needs help, we step in and lend a hand, and we should expect the same in return.

Baseline is not operated as a programme, and does not provide mentors. We are not a shared office space, and we don't offer dedicated desks. Our members are self-directed, and value being part of a peer group of like-minded founders, executing with urgency.

Workspace

We are a community first, workspace second. Baseline is located in the heart of Dublin's Liberties. Our space is comfortable, spacious and designed to be flexible for getting focused or team work done in a mix of open areas and private meeting rooms.

The space is fully air conditioned, with three aspects of daylight, a full kitchen, bike storage, and accessible facilities, including WC's & shower rooms. We're a 24/7, always-on community, and so is the workspace. Members are able to come and go as they please, bring guests, and use the space to host their own events.
