Baseline is a community and space for early-stage founders who are building breakout and break-through tech companies. It's a space where founders can experiment, build velocity, and be plugged into a global network of like-minded founders.

REBASE
We run a weekend retreat twice a year, in April and October, called Rebase. It's 60 people max, half are Irish pre-seed / seed founders, the other half are founders of international Series A+ companies. The third edition of Rebase will be in April 2026.

PRE-SEED FUND
A €5m fund, we're Ireland's only dedicated and privately backed pre-seed VC, investing €100,000 as first cheque investors into pre-seed companies building AI native SaaS, with a bias towards intelligent automation, and infrastructure for execution-heavy or regulation-heavy environments.
